Gender at Work India is hosting a curated multi-sector dialogue and discussion on Bridging the Gender Gap At The Workplace on Thursday, 15 November 2018, at Goethe Zentrum, Hyderabad.
The moderated panel discussion, featuring eminent speakers from the corporate, government, academia, and media sectors, will highlight the complex challenges and bias faced by working women in India owing to the discriminatory gender practices and policies of organizations while striving to come up with innovative, collaborative and sustainable solutions, strategies and best practices to bridge the gap and promote gender equity and inclusion in the workplace. The aim is to provide a platform for diverse stakeholders to come together to engage, deliberate and brainstorm on ways to change the gender status quo and be an active game changer in this social movement against gender inequality.
