gender sensitization workshop for ethical tea partnerships

In partnership with Genpact Centre of Women’s Leadership (GCWL)  of Ashoka University, Gender at Work, conducted a workshop, ‘ Gender Sensitization workshop for Ethical Tea Partnerships’, with the aim to provide overall guidance and supervision in designing, development and delivery of a training on Gender Sensitization. ETP is developing an action plan as an important step to strengthen the way they work on #gender within ETP and in the programmes they implement to improve gender related attitudes and behaviours.
